This will be a round-robin event with top teams advancing to a single-elimination tournament. Brackets may be combined by skill level based on the number of participants. Brackets may also be broken down by age, when possible. Tournament ball is Franklin X-40.

For those who want to gain a better understanding of the rules and learn to officiate.. There is FREE online referee training coming up on Wednesday, January 18th, Thursday, January 19th and Friday, January 20th. The course will be held from 7pm-9pm EST (6pm-8pm CST).

The Oklahoma City Life Time has 8 beautiful indoor tennis courts (16 pickleball) with an outdoor surface, perfect lighting and no wind, rain or sun to deal with. We will be using the Dura 40 or the Gearbox Outdoor Ball. Additional amenities including cafe, spa, steam room, sauna, and pools provide for the ultimate tournament experience. Space is limited so sign up now.
50/50 Division (one player over 50 and one player under 50) Junior and 50/50 can be any gender. If I have enough teams in the 50/50 I will separate them by gender.
Round-Robin Format: 2 games to 11 points, win by 1 (bonus points awarded for games and matches won)
All matches will be self-officiated.
Weekend schedule:
Friday after 3 PM – 50/50 Divisions
Saturday – Men’s & Women’s Doubles
Sunday – Mixed Doubles
Round Robin: You will play matches back to back and each division will be complete in 4-5 hours.
Entry deadline: Wednesday January 18th at Noon
All divisions will be round robin format with either one group of players or multiple pools. You will play everyone in your group or pool. The combined skill divisions will have an upper and lower playoff bracket (min. 8 teams) depending on how you finish in your pool or round robin event. Playoff brackets will be 2 out of 3 matches time permitting.
Online entry is the only method of entry and payment
Division entry fees are $50 for 1st event, an additional $15 for a 2nd & 3rd event. You are only allowed to play in one division each day. No refunds after January 13, 2023 .
Lunch will be served on Saturday and Sunday for players that are playing on that day.
Please Note: All players must sign up and pay online before the event. No registrations will be accepted at the facility. Snacks and water will be provided for Players only. Players are encouraged to invite their family and friends to come out and watch all day Saturday and Sunday for FREE, no visitor fee.
