The 3rd Annual Queen City Open presented by Dynamic DNA and hosted by Ozarks Pickleball Club & Springfield-Greene County Parkboard at the beautiful Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield, Missouri! (Home of the 2023 & 2024 USA Pickleball Middle States Regional Tournament). All proceeds will go towards growing pickleball in the Springfield area!

18 Indoor Courts. ALL BRACKETS INDOOR. Tennis Court Surface. Temporary Nets. Franklin X-40 ball.
All brackets will be ROUND ROBIN. Some will have an additional playoff bracket depending on registration. 4 game minimum per bracket.

Cost is $60 (ALL EVENTS included) (plus nonrefundable website service fees). Cost is only $25 for Junior Brackets (18 and Under). Cost includes event shirt, player giveaways, and buffet dinner on Friday night.
Events will be: Men’s Doubles, Men’s Singles, Women’s Doubles, Women’s Singles, Mixed Doubles.
All 50+ events will be USSP (US Senior Pickleball) certified. Earn points towards USSP prizes! See www.USseniorpickleball.com for more information! USSP members also receive discounts on tournament entry fees!

Brackets will be separated by age and then skill level. You may play DOWN in age and/or UP in skill at your discretion. Be sure to register for your preferred age/skill level and check your current Skill Rating on Pickleball Brackets & DUPR. If you do not know what skill level to register for, seek the advice of more experienced players or contact the Tournament Director.

Planned Age Divisions: Juniors 8-18, 12-34, 35+, 50+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 80+

Planned Skill Divisions:
2.5-2.99 (beginner/recreational)
3.0-3.49 (novice)
3.5-3.99 (intermediate)
4.0-4.49 (intermediate +)
4.5-4.99 (advanced)
5.0+ (advanced+) (Prize $$ available)
3.5 and 4.0 70+ and 80+ SCRAMBLES will also be available.
3.0 and 3.5 JUNIOR (ages 8-18) Coed brackets will also be available.

Brackets generally will need to have a minimum of 5 teams or else they will be combined with similar skill levels. Some brackets may be combined due to # of registrations at the discretion of the TD.

8:00am – 5:00pm – Men’s & Women’s Doubles (ages 60+ onlyl)
8:00am – 5:00pm – Men’s & Women’s 70+ Scrambles

Friday Night Festivities:
5:00pm – 7:00pm – Player Welcome Buffet Dinner
5:00pm – 10:00pm – Open Play – $5 per person cash at the door

Saturday, June 22
8:00am – 8:00pm – Men’s & Women’s Doubles (U60 brackets)

Sunday, June 23
8:00am – 5:00pm – Mixed Doubles (all ages)
8:00am – 8:00pm – JUNIORS Coed (ages 8-18)

Additional Information

Registration includes a FREE T Shirt! Register by June 1, 2024 to guarantee your shirt size. Registrations after June 1, 2024 are first come, first serve for shirt sizes.

Please note that there will be a registration “Service Fee” charged for each registration (Normally $5.00 for 1 event or $10.00 for 2+ events, but will be discounted to $1.50 for USSP certification). This is a non-refundable fee charged by the website.
