Dink In the New Year
10911 Gravois Sappington, Missouri 63128Come “Dink in the New Year” with Vetta Sunset. This annual event features some of the best players in the St. Louis region and beyond. Each year both experienced players and players newer to the tournament scene come together in a tournament that is competitive, fun, and fills up fast!
Dates of Play:
🆕 Friday – Singles/Senior Doubles
✅ Saturday – Doubles
✅ Sunday – Mixed Doubles/Junior Singles
🆕 Monday – Senior Mixed Doubles/Junior DoublesFormat:
This tournament will be conducted in the standard Championship Style, Double Elimination Format.
The Upper Bracket will consist of 2 out of 3 games to 11 Points (win by 2).
The Lower Bracket will consist of 1 Game to 15 Points (win by 2).
If there are 5 or fewer teams in a bracket, a Round Robin will be conducted with each match consisting of 2 out of 3 games to 11 points (win by 2).
If there are 1 or 2 teams in a bracket – those teams will be merged up or down in skill. This decision will be based on the tournament director’s evaluation.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust brackets and format as needed.
The Franklin X-40 (Green) ball will be used.

- Unique Scoring System: Winners will receive 2 playing cards, while the losers will receive 1 playing card for each game played.
- Round of Five Card Draw: The top four poker hands after Round Robin play will determine championship game!
