Welcome to the Wild Monkeys Fall Pickleball Championship; USAPA Sanctioned tournament that will follow sanctioning guidelines.
This will be a 3 day indoor event:
~Friday Night (Oct 27th at 6-9pm) – Pre tournament players party – Halloween costumes are encouraged! This night will be a great opportunity to warm up with your partner followed by finger foods and drinks at the main club ballroom along with the best costume awards and raffle giveaways.
~Saturday (Oct 28th) – Men/Women doubles divisions
~Sunday (Oct 29th)- Mixed doubles divisions

Tournament information:
Skill/age Combined Pool Play tournament played at 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0+ skill levels. Tournament director reserves the right to combine brackets & change format based on registration numbers. Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full.

Tournament Start Time: 8am
Check-in 30 min prior to your first scheduled match.

We want you to have an awesome time so we will strive to make sure you get multiple high-quality matches, no long wait-times, great food & lots of prizes.

Registration: $70 plus $15 per event.
Earlybird Registration of $50 plus $15 per event will be available until August 15th. This cost includes processing fees (PayPal, stripe). The registration includes awesome food, drinks, T-shirt and swag bags.
When registering there will also be a Pickleball Brackets software fee; $5 for 1 event, and flat $10 total for additional event. They work hard to offer a great platform for the pickleball community and that fee is covering their work.

Tournaments at Hidden Trails are known for their amazing food; you will be taken care of with plenty of food, drinks and desserts.

Refund Policy

If you withdraw prior to registration deadline (October 15th) you will receive your registration fee minus $20 withdrawal fee as well as Pickleball Brackets software fee. If you withdraw after the registration deadline there will be no refunds in order to cover for our operating expenses.
